Zero Fukunaga is a Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa that focuses on the natural flavors of ingredients rather than extravagance.
We offer an omakase kaiseki course (8 dishes) that makes the most of carefully selected seasonal ingredients and the most delicious cooking methods.
You can choose from six courses, which must be reserved at least one day in advance.
Among them, the course that includes sukiyaki made with carefully selected Wagyu beef is very popular with our customers.
As the owner personally oversees every step from preparation to cooking, we can only accommodate three groups per day.

Zero Fukunaga has prepared a special morning meal to accompany you on your journey.
The meal features crab porridge cooked in a clay pot with a rich crab flavor.
The meal also includes a dashi-flavored omelet with sweet sauce, assorted dishes, and homemade rich tofu. These dishes gently nourish the body.
The meal concludes with Kaga stick tea and seasonal sweets, offering a unique Japanese luxury experience.
